Here was my first try at photographing the Aurora Borealis Or Northern Lights from October 25th, 2001. These Northern Lights Photographs were shot on the south side of Lake Waconia in Waconia MN. The images are negative scans from C41 35MM film.

I remember when this event happened because it was right after the terror attacks of 9/11/2001 and the Aurora Borealis was visible in the southern United States so people were wondering if we were under attack again since the sky turned red.
